AI Fraud ​

Review shipments EnvIA flagged as risky, teach the model with confirmed cases (including carrier CSVs), and find accounts that look like a successor of a closed or indebted company.

What You Can Do ​

  • Work the Fraudes detectados queue: confirm fraud or mark a false positive
  • See why a shipment was flagged (reasons + signal checklist) and jump to the shipment
  • Browse Casos confirmados (manual verdicts and imported carrier findings)
  • Upload a carrier findings file and roll the import back if it was wrong
  • Run Sucesión de cuentas for a company id, export the report, confirm or dismiss the whole ring
  • See when screening last ran and when it will run again (Mexico time)

Getting There ​

Click AI → Fraude in the sidebar. You need the menu-ai-fraud permission. AI Hub (menu-ai-hub-config) does not open this screen.

The country selector in the top bar must be Mexico (MX). Screening only scores shipments that originate there. Any other country shows a warning and hides the tables.

A blue banner explains account tiers. Marking a case as fraud promotes that account to tier 1 and linked accounts (phone, email, address, card). Tier 2 drops to tier 3 after 90 days with no flagged cases. Tier 3 runs only the cheap signals; tiers 1 and 2 run the full set.

Common Tasks ​

Review a detected shipment ​

  1. Open Fraudes detectados.
  2. Filter by period, hour range, or risk type (Contenido, Sobrepeso sin pagar, Identidad) if you need a smaller list. Ordenar por changes the queue order (most fraudulent first by default).
  3. Open the eye to read Motivos del flag, Qué revisó el motor, and shipment fields. Ver el envío opens the shipment in a new tab.
  4. Decide:
    • Es fraude (warning icon) — the case joins the confirmed corpus and raises risk for this account and linked ones. Confirm the dialog.
    • No es fraude (check) — pick why it is clean (allowed content, authorized sensitive content, duplicate, or cannot be determined) and write a note of at least 3 characters.

A toast Veredicto guardado appears and the row leaves the pending queue.

Export the table ​

On Detected or Confirmed, use the page CSV export (same control as other admin tables). Export is capped at 5,000 rows. Succession has its own Exportar CSV on a completed analysis — it is not the page-level button.

Import carrier findings ​

  1. Open Casos confirmados.
  2. Optionally download Plantilla (contenido,guia,cuenta,valor_declarado,peso,cp_origen,cp_destino).
  3. Click Subir CSV, drop a .csv / .xlsx / .xls file (max 10 MB), then Importar.
  4. Wait until the badge is Listo. Counters show accepted/rejected rows, duplicates, and new lexicon terms. Rejected rows list a reason and samples.
  5. The confirmed table reloads when processing finishes.

Roll back an import ​

  1. On the last import card, click the rotate-left button.
  2. Confirm ¿Revertir la importación?

Every case that file created is deleted. Cases the engine detected on its own are not touched.

Analyze account succession ​

  1. Open Sucesión de cuentas.
  2. Enter the suspicious ID de cuenta and click Analizar (or press Enter).
  3. If a run is already queued or in progress for that id, the screen reuses it instead of starting another.
  4. Watch the phase (looking up related accounts, reviewing shipment history, building chains). You can Cancelar — Admin stops waiting; a warehouse query that already started may still finish.
  5. When Completado, read Cuentas relacionadas and Cadenas de sucesión. Info alerts explain snapshot balances, inferred activity, and identity linked without a card.
  6. Exportar CSV downloads the official report.
  7. Confirmar fraude propagates the verdict across the ring (you will see how many accounts). Phone/card links go to full review; address/content links only adjust score.
  8. Descartar anillo records a dismiss and does not propagate.

Historial de análisis under the panel keeps runs after you close the browser or change tabs. From history you can download a completed CSV or cancel an active run. There is no separate “view” control — the panel above is the view.

Reload the page: the last company id (and analysis id) come back from the browser. Type a different id to load that account’s history.

Read ingest status ​

On Detected and Confirmed, the line under the title is the ingest clock, not a reload button. Times are Monterrey (CST).

New flags appear when the cron persists them, not when you refresh the table.

Frequently Asked Questions ​

Why is the page empty except for a warning? ​

The top-bar country is not Mexico. Switch to MX or ask for access in a Mexico workspace.

I have AI Hub but I cannot see Fraude. ​

Fraude uses its own permission (menu-ai-fraud). Ask an administrator to grant that menu item; Hub access does not include it. If you already see Fraude and the tables error about screening being off or forbidden, the screening credential is missing on the server.

Why do I have to choose a reason to mark “No es fraude”? ​

Dismissals train the model as clean examples. A disposition and a short note are required so those examples are usable.

What is the difference between Confirmed rows that say Importado vs Revisado por el equipo? ​

Importado came from a carrier file. Revisado por el equipo was confirmed in this queue.

I cancelled a succession run but it still seems busy upstream. ​

Admin stopped polling. If agentic-ai was already querying the warehouse, that query can take a while to finish anyway.

The succession list looks stale, then updates. ​

The screen shows the last known run immediately, then refreshes in the background every few seconds. That avoids a blank panel on every poll.

Can I sort the queue by date or score in the table header? ​

No. Column headers do not sort. Use Ordenar por in the filter bar: most or least fraudulent, or newest or oldest shipment.

Company flags look missing on this table. ​

The company cell is the account id only. Empty country flags were hidden on purpose.
